Group Arena reservations are booked by the hour. Additional time may be available depending on the arena schedule.

Yes. The Group Arena supports up to seven guests playing at the same time.
Players must be at least five years old. A parent or legal guardian may be required to complete a waiver for participants under 18.
Yes. Friends, family members, and other guests are welcome to watch the players during their VR experience.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your reservation. Your session begins after all required waivers are signed and everyone has been fitted with their VR equipment. Arriving early helps your group get started on time.
No deposit is required. Payment is collected when your group arrives for its reservation.
Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled without charge when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation may incur a partial charge or the full reservation amount.
Yes. Your group can play together, divide into smaller groups, or allow individual participants to choose different games. Available options may depend on each game’s supported number of players.
